Sensory delight by Minosa

Large voids, over sized spaces and lots of cantilevers is what this latest project by is all about. The design team at Minosa was commissioned to create a variety of interior spaces that would be better suited to the over-sized and radical architectural style of the home. The kitchen space was extended and an over-sized, custom-designed and –made table included. Easily seating 10, and extending to seat 14 when needed, the table has become the setting for some memorable social events. A visually interesting and invigorating colour scheme was chosen for the interior spaces with complementary oranges and greens adding shots of brilliant hues to draw the eye. Repeated at various intervals throughout the house, the carefully chosen hits of colour create a cohesive story within the home. The wet areas all feature Liberian limestone on floors and walls. In the powder room, an essence of luxury is assured thanks to the inclusion of an incredible Bisazza Endimonie mosaic feature wall which, when paired with the Puddle washbasin by Minosa, creates the epitome of visual impact. The remaining bathrooms feature the Minosa Milana bench and Elssia drawer units within a stunning light-and-dark colour scheme. A purpose-built home theatre is fitted out in deeper shades to create a moody, more cosseted environment. Complemented by a 1000-bottle wine cellar and bar area, it is a comfortable and inviting space in which to relax.

I can move in tomorrow!

yes please! That kitchen and living area is fantastic.

Stunning! Love the pops of orange, but could do without the green contrasts, just keep it orange or red. The sort of place where I could easily imagine mixing contemporary with MCM and antique pieces. A little rococco even, just to keep it interesting. The main thing I would have to change/add is a retractable screen in the master ensuite. There is such a thing as too much info at times. And a view that can only ba found in Sydney. Bastards!! Looks like it would have fabulous cross flow as well. Dreamy, dreamy dreamy. I do have to wonder though as I often do, how does one keep such soaring spaces and expanses of glass clean. Even assuming this would be outsourced, it would still be tricky. Also pleased to find a stunning space without the ubiquitous Hermes throw. I'm so very, very over that. Are they giving them away these days??
