A renovated family home in Beverly Hills

Posted on Fri, 3 May 2019 by KiM

Fresh, fun and family-friendly is how I would describe this beautiful renovated home by . A full remodel on an outdated family home was started in 2016 with space planning the reconfiguration of two floors. Moving onto designing the new kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and all the details in between. When construction was coming to an end in early 2018 we jumped in to furnish and decorate the sparkly new interior with a mix of vivid glam furnishings, modern accents, and bold color combinations. The gracious new home is the perfect backdrop for the vivacious family of four to host large gatherings in. Photos:

And I had to include this before photo because this may be the worst kitchen I have ever seen!

I had to share another gutsy project by the team of . This one has some glamourous touches that I’m really loving, like the brass and leather bar stools in the kitchen. WOW! Lots of fun wallpapers and artwork too.

Classic and timeless, warm and inviting. This is the essence of Toronto-based . Kate and Amanda believe in the relaxed home that is both family friendly and stylish. Their aesthetic, light and fresh and never too formal. After all homes are meant for living in and making memories. A well designed space should be the foundation of a happy home.

Glam with lots of black and brass

(head of design at ) defines her style as Parisian modern – a chic contrast of the minimal, the ornate, and the edgy. I would add glamorous to that list, which is evident in this black, dark blue, and more black home she designed, with lots and lots of brass accents. The dining room light fixture alone speaks volumes of her style. Love it!!!

A colourful kitchen

Who would have thought that rich green cabinetry and a pretty in pink marble would form the basis of a knock out kitchen? Add a wall of mirror, textured tile and brass accents and you might be forgiven for thinking that the whole thing a tad OTT but no! It’s glamourous and practical, fun and functional. Love it!
