Stalking small on a large scale

It’s an award winning house on the tiniest of inner city blocks. It’s been published in books, magazines and blogs, featured on TV and lauded by all. Now it’s for sale. I’m stalking ‘s Small House in Surry Hills, Sydney. You can see my original post here and you’ll see how its decor has softened over time and how the roof top garden hasn’t fared so well. Small living on a grand scale with a big price tag. Real estate link while it lasts.

What a beautiful home and the outside is gorgeous too !

I intentionally went to Surry Hills last year just to stalk the exterior of this house. I may drop by for the inspection to see the interior 🙂

Gone are the beautiful furniture though? And the rooftop plants are showing signs of fatigue. Looks like the owners have outgrown this hip house and want to upgrade to a family friendly house. They sure had a lot of fun building it and thoroughly enjoyed living in it.
